Cooking Method:
Preparation: If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight
Reheating methods
Boiling Water: Immerse the plastic pouch in boiling water for 5-8 minutes.
Steaming : Steam the slices for 1-2 minutes.
For Extra Juicy Brisket Slices
Stove-top : Empty the Beef Stock pouch to a skillet, heat the skillet over medium heat till stock begins to boil and turn the heat down to low. Drop the brisket slices into the heated stock for a few seconds turning both sides.
Microwave : Transfer the Beef Stock from the plastic pouch to a microwave safe container. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute on high. Remove from microwave and mix the stock well and immerse thawed brisket slices, turning both sides, allowing the brisket slices to warmup before serving.
