Cyrus Doodhmal While it’s a decent attempt, it doesn’t quite match up to the authentic flavors we’ve had in Hong Kong.
The texture was a bit too dry, lacking the rich, juicy bite that we enjoy in traditional versions.
However, for Indian standards, it’s a fair option and worth a try if you’re craving a taste of Chinese sausage here.
